- official manufacturers that have the appropriate equipment, work with wholesalers, have and provide quality certificates for the material, a guarantee for services;
- dealers or official representatives – people and teams who have been trained by the manufacturer, represent the name of the manufacturer and have relevant documents on qualifications, quality of materials, etc.
- people who had experience in the creation of stretch ceilings – managers, installers – who previously worked for the manufacturer or dealer. Here they are, often losing their jobs because of negligence, and are a potential “threat” for the client. They are eager to make money, offering people the installation of ceilings, usually 20, 30, 40 or even more, less than the market price.
What is the danger of such installers?
They can offer such a price only at the expense of reducing the cost of materials, which means there is a huge risk that the ceiling will be made from low-quality, and even defective films. This threatens the persistent and long chemical smell of the film in the room for a long time, or the breakthrough of defective uneven thickness sheets.
Poor installation due to lack of knowledge and practice or because of the negligence of such installers, since they have nothing to lose except the phone number.
The most unpleasant option – a company can simply “disappear”, taking your pledge for “future work”.
How to choose a quality and responsible manufacturer?

Always choose an officially registered manufacturer / dealer and do not hesitate to inquire about the documents confirming the registration.
Pay attention to availability:
- permanent office, official city and mobile phones, legal address;
- own storage facilities;
- catalogs and samples of materials;
- own production and installation equipment;
- photo of your own works (the responsible installer is a subject for pride ?)
- official website with full information about the company.
Be interested in material quality certificates and service provider warranty.
